The most powerful media channel is a real-life experience. Omotenashi originates from the Japanese tea ceremony and stands for hospitality with empathy, restraint, and attention to every detail. TMR collaborated with the in-house team to design the Shiseido experience and present the complex process and extensive collections of skincare and color. The main wall is a changing exhibition/vitrine to showcase the Japanese Art and Science of skincare.
