SHISEIDO NEW STORE CONCEPT
Japanese term Omotenashi stands for empathy, care, and attention to detail. TMR collaborated with Shiseido team to design the environment to showcase the extensive skincare and color lines of Shiseido. Spatial layouts, created for a variety of locations, promote openness and the communal spirit of Shiseido. All surface materials were developed to create a sense of warmth while adhering to the strict hygiene rules required for skincare.
The main wall is a changing exhibition/vitrine to engage visitors in the Japanese Art and Science of skincare. The most powerful media channel is a real-life experience.
